Official Rules & How to Play
September 29, 2008 - October 30, 2008

A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of 93.5 WTPA-FM, 2300 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA 17110 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address.

1. No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

2. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, reside in the (717) or (570) area codes and have a valid driver's license in order to participate and win.

3. All contests are open to the general public, except for employees and interns, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, participating sponsors, their immediate families, household members and all other radio industry employees.

4. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per six (6) month period unless otherwise specifically stated. An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest.

5. The contest will begin Monday, September 29, 2008 and will run through Thursday, October 30, 2008.

6. To participate and qualify to win: Every weekday during the contest qualifying dates of Monday, September 29, 2007 until Thursday, October 30, 2008, Ed Coffey & Amy Warner will announce at 7:10AM, windows when the Harleyween sounder will be played. When participants hear that sounder, they will call 717-691-WTPA or 1-877-GOT-WTPA. The 93rd caller after the sounder is played will win the qualifying prize of a pair of tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 7:30PM at the GIANT Center. Up to three winners will be chosen each weekday. Listeners also have the opportunity to qualify at Appalachian Harley-Davidson on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, every weekday during the contest qualifying dates of Monday, September 29, 2008 until Wednesday, October 30, 2008. Each weekday, Appalachian Harley-Davidson management will randomly draw a qualifier from all eligible entries and qualifier will win a pair of tickets to Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 7:30PM at GIANT Center. On selected dates (TBA) during contest, 93.5 WTPA will also hold remote broadcasts at Appalachian Harley-Davidson. At these remote broadcasts, additional opportunities to register to win will be provided. Total amount of qualifiers for entire contest will approximately be 100.

7. All qualifiers that win the qualifying prize and that meet eligibility requirements will be qualified for the Grand Prize of a 2008 Harley-Davidson Nightster 1200 from Appalachian Harley Davidson. The 2008 Harley-Davidson Nightster 1200 is VIN #1HD1CZ3128K458867 with an MSRP value of $10,185. Cumulus Broadcasting LLC has the right to substitute this specific 2008 Harley-Davidson Nightster 1200 with another Harley Davidson motorcycle of equal or greater value if need be. The Grand Prize will be awarded on Friday, October 31, 2008 at Appalachian Harley-Davidson, 6695 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Qualifiers must be present at Appalachian Harley-Davidson on Friday, October 31, 2008 to be eligible to win the Grand Prize. No proxy representative will be accepted at the Grand Prize Event.

8. Cumulus Broadcasting LLC reserves the right to change any of this promotion and or the promotional elements.

9. The Grand Prize giveaway will take place on Friday, October 31, 2008, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Appalachian-Harley Davidson, Mechanicsburg, PA. Qualifiers must be present to win. No proxies will be accepted. Qualifiers must be present at the finale to have a chance to win. Qualifiers must register on site at the finale between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, or they will forfeit their spot in the Grand Prize contest. Qualifiers names will be placed in a container as each qualifier registers for grand prize event. At 6:30pm, or shortly thereafter, a reverse drawing will begin of all qualifier names present at random from the registration box. Only one grand prize will be awarded.

10. In the event of a tie or a technical malfunction, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC will conduct a random drawing of all registered qualified listeners at Appalachian Harley-Davidson on October 31, 2008. The name selected in this random drawing will be the winner of the motorcycle and the contest will immediately end. The Cumulus Broadcasting LLC representative conducting the contest will determine all winners; their decisions and interpretations of these rules shall be final.

11. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize / prizes valued at over $600 will be issued an IRS form 1099 from Appalachian Harley-Davidson to report their winnings.

12. All prizes are awarded "as is." Qualifying prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged. The awarding of the Grand Prize, including transfer of title, will take place between Appalachian Harley Davidson and the Grand Prize winner at a time mutually convenient between the two parties. This will occur no more than thirty (30) days from the date of the Grand Prize event. Items described in Paragraph Eleven (11) must be satisfied prior to the title transfer. Grand Prize winner must provide proof of automobile insurance at the time of the title transfer.

13. Cumulus Broadcasting LLC shall not be responsible for the failure of sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.

14. All entrants and winners agree that Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, their affiliates, and sponsors shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize received.

15. All qualifying prizes must be picked up at the Cumulus Broadcasting LLC business office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm) no later then October 31, 2008. Prizes not picked up by close of business at 4:30pm on October 31, 2008, will be forfeited. All qualifying contest winners must sign a contest release waiver. Qualifying winners will also receive and must sign a copy of these contest rules. Failure to execute the waiver or rules will result in forfeiture of participation in the Grand Prize finale.

16. A valid driver's license must be presented to claim prize.

17. All entry blanks, forms, devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, their affiliates and sponsors to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, their affiliates and sponsors.

18. All winners agree that Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, their affiliates and sponsors may broadcast or publish their name, city of residences, photo, video tape, film, or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, their affiliates and sponsors deems necessary without compensation. All winners will be further requires to hold Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, their affiliates and sponsors, blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.

19. Cumulus Broadcasting LLC reserves the right to end a contest at any time upon advanced notice to the public.

20. Listeners may qualify only one time to win this contest. Only one winner permitted per household.

21. Cumulus Broadcasting LLC reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win.

22. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for Cumulus Broadcasting LLC to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.

23. A winners list may be obtained after July 9, 2008 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the following address: 93.5 WTPA, 2300 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Attn: Harleyween Giveaway.
